Each week is thoughtfully designed to build on the last, helping you gently and confidently return to movement. This 8-week program consists of: -Whole-body focus including core and pelvic support, mobility, upper- and lower-body strength -Lifetime access on this website to short, repeatable videos. Each workout is ~10 minutes long and intentionally kept brief so you can repeat it throughout the week in a way that fits your life. -Modifications included. Additional videos on this website are available if you need to scale movements up or down. You are never expected to “push through.” -Completely self-paced. You don’t have to move on just because the calendar says so. Stay with a week as long as you need. Repeat weeks when your body asks for it. Progress only when you feel ready. -Guided awareness. I’ll help you recognize the signs that indicate when to modify, slow down, or pause so you can move with confidence. -Additional Ad-ons (for Ontarians and additional cost): one-one check-ins with Alicia Oliveira, R. Kin and access to the LIVE 45-minute group workouts for 8 weeks. Most importantly, approach this program with curiosity and compassion.
