Reg. Kinesiologist, 200hr YTT

Hi there! I’m Alicia Oliveira, a Registered Kinesiologist and Yoga Teacher with specialized training in external Pelvic Health.

With nine years of experience in orthopedic and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, my focus is on helping you move safely, confidently, and with greater independence. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, rebuilding functional strength, or navigating pelvic health concerns, I’m here to provide evidence-informed, personalized exercise therapy that meets you where you are.

I offer individualized support in the comfort of your home, both virtually and in person. Group fitness classes are also available at Recharge Health & Fitness in Mt. Brydges, ON.
