What to Expect
An in-person visit is essential to accurately measure for a new custom brace or compression stockings. The product is delivered to your home or we can arrange for a pick-up. Afterwards there will be a follow-up (in-person, virtual or over the phone) following the delivery to ensure you are satisfied with the product and are educated on the use and care for the product. Payments are required prior to ordering the product. If you already own a Bauerfeind product and your size has not changed, a quick virtual appointment would suffice. At that time, a flat fee of $20 will be charged on top of the cost of the product.
Cancellation Policy
Pricing for products depends on the customizations. You are required to pay for the product in full at the time of the fitting appointment. If you are located outside of Glencoe, ON a $0.55/km fee may be added to the total. Please note, cancelations within 24 hours or no shows are subject to a $50 fee.
