4-Week Live Online Postpartum Fitness


What to Expect

We understand schedules can get in the way of attending in-person classes. This is why we have added virtual classes hosted at various times throughout the week so you don't have to miss a class. Join us virtually twice per week for this 4 week program tailored towards postpartum recovery. Each class gets progressively more challenging, but you'll gain strength in your body and connection with the core post-baby! Classes are 45 minutes long and you don't need any equipment; just some space for you to move around. Some exercises involve laying down or kneeling so a yoga mat is recommended for Level 1. If you have equipment (e.g. elastic bands, dumbbells) you can incorporate them into our Level 2 classes. POSTPARTUM LEVEL 2, MELT & RECOVERY (stretching and mobility class) and ONGOING POSTPARTUM RECOVERY CLUB starting January 2026.


Cancellation Policy

You are expected to attend twice per week; if you are unable to attend a class or a make-up class you will not be refunded.
