Pregnancy comes with changes and challenges, especially when it comes to your pelvic floor and general whole body strength. Move in Synergy offers a transformative group fitness class twice per week for 4 weeks, led by a Registered Kinesiologist with training in pelvic health. Our classes focus on education, strength, endurance, flexibility, and safely reconnecting with your core. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, our 1-hour sessions cater to all fitness levels.
