Can’t make it to our in-person classes? No problem! Join us LIVE from the comfort of your home with Alicia Oliveira, Registered Kinesiologist. All you need is a bit of space to move and a comfy mat to get started. This 6-week virtual program is designed to help you progress the strength and connection of your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy. Our Level 2 course is perfect for postpartum women who have completed level 1, are further along in their postpartum journey (12 weeks +). Level 2 is also ideal for individuals beyond postpartum and are looking to improve their core and pelvic floor strength. We’ll guide you through functional movements that focus on breathwork and build upon basic core activation, gradually increasing your strength each week. We do not have set dates and times just yet.
