What to Expect

C-section scar rehab utilizes various mobilization, massage, breathing and movement techniques to reduce scar sensitivity and pain, improve scar mobility, lessen the appearance of “c-section shelf” and increase core strength. This treatment is not aimed towards improving the appearance of the scar itself, although some client's have reported less redness, reduced swelling and hardness around the scar which in turn has reduced the appearance of the scar. These sessions can take place at your home, in Mount Brydges or virtually. Please keep in mind, $0.55/km outside of Mount Brydges and Strathroy may be added to the cost. Cancellation Policy

Please note, cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to full fee. The cost listed above covers virtual or in-person (Mount Brydges, ON). For in-person sessions, if you are located outside of Mount Brydges, ON a $0.55/km travel time may be added.
